User Testing

Usability testing puts your prototype or application in the hands of potential users in order to gain their direct feedback on how your design can be improved. We observe your customers as they use your product to complete typical tasks. Then we identify and diagnose areas where they have difficulty, and probe to reveal how the to the next level. The result is a better experience for your customers, which translates into higher sales, more site traffic and increased brand loyalty for your business.

We recommend usability testing to be conducted at multiple stages throughout your projects, however, a single test will vastly improve your user experience.

We offer Qualitative, Competitive and Internationals studies. Price varies, often between $12,000-30,000.
 
  

Design Review

A design review is a usability assessment that identifies where your site succeeds and how it can be improved. Our User Experience specialists determine how well your site meets your users' needs and how well it stacks up against your competition. A comprehensive report of findings provides actionable recommendations for improving your site, varying in complexity from quick fixes to strategies for future enhancements.

A website or intranet review cost $22,000. A competitive review cost $56,000. This includes a review of your website and three competitors.  If you have a specific section you would liked reviewed, the cost would be dependent on time to evaluate.
 
  

Home Page Review

Your home page is the most important page on your website. With a less expensive approach than a Design Review, you will be provided a full assessment of your home page. We can review any homepage on an existing website or mock-up of the new design. Cost: $7,200.
 
  

Direction for Redesign

Based on usability testing, our team of experts will review your current user-interface design and provide you with Direction for Re-design report and three possible prototypes.

This services is intended for companies with a functioning website and have decided to redesign. This should be your first step before any any drafts or mock-ups have been considered.

Our team will conduct usability test on your site and two competitors. We will create three alternate prototypes, which we will take through another round of user testing. From these finding we will take the best element to create a final prototype.  Cost varies on intricacies of the site and start at $40,000.
